Hot Dog Cart Options

The following equipment and optional features may be added to our hot dog cart models. Some must be ordered before shipment from our factory. Others may be added later by the hot dog cart operator. 110 volt AC Electric Outlet

Price: $500

Provides a fixed rugged double

outlet for powering 110 volt AC appliances such as the coffee maker. Eliminates the hygiene and safety hazard of loose extension cords. Receptacles have hinged covers for safety.

Lighting 120 volt AC

Price: $500

Enables night time operation

by illuminating the work area.

Requires a nearby 110 volt

AC power source.

Lighting 12 volt DC

Price: $500

Enables night time operation by illuminating the work area. Power from rechargeable 12 volt batteries allows independent operation without the need for an AC

power source.

Extra Umbrella

Price: $125

Rugged 6-1/2 foot high wind umbrella. Health codes require that the food storage and preparation

area be covered overhead to

prevent contamination from bird droppings, leaf litter and other

blowing debris. This is an option

on the starter cart. A second umbrella

is an option on the larger carts for additional coverage.

Cart Push Handles

Price: $100

Stainless steel square channels welded to the cart enable easy pushing and positioning of the

cart by hand.

Deluxe Curved Push Handles

Price: $200

Long rounded handles welded

to the sides of the cart enable a

very comfortable means of

pushing the cart. An excellent

option if the cart must be pushed

a long distance to its location.

NSF Certification

Price: $500

Some states require that a mobile

food cart be certified by the National Sanitation Foundation. This option provides that quality assurance certification and assigns the cart

with a placard and a special serial number. Price varies according to

size of cart and options installed.

Detachable Trailer Tongue

Price: $500

Allows the operator to remove

the highway trailer tongue from

the cart. This reduces the overall length of the cart and removes

the trip hazard. Ideal for a tight location, enclosed space,

high traffic area or a

semi-permanent location.

Corner Jack

This device enables the

operator to adjust the level or

angle of the cart. Ideal for locations on a hill or slight grade or in bumpy terrain. The jack is compact and

light weight and beats using

lumber or cement blocks.

Custom Stainless Canopy

The entire area of the cart is covered by a sturdy metal

canopy that will never need to

be replaced. It provides cover

from the sun and elements, and

also provides an excellent area

for signage and graphics. An excellent option in a very windy location.

Canvas Canopy

The entire area of the cart is

covered by a colorful fabric

canopy mounted on 4 corner poles. The 4 sides of the cart have

roll-up / roll-down fabric panels giving protection from wind and elements and completely covering

the cart when not in use.

Sometimes local health departments specify that mobile vending carts must have more water capacity

than standard. Or perhaps you anticipate needing more capacity

do accommodate longer shifts. All

of our carts have the ability to be fitted with more fresh or waste water volume. Call us with your requirements. Price must be quoted per application.

Refrigerator 12 volt DC

This unit adds convenience and safety to a mobile food stand.

Meat can be stored at the right temperature without the operator worrying. On board 12 volt rechargeable batteries supply the needed power and keep the cart free from the need for an external power source. Eliminates the need for ice.
