The following equipment and optional features may be added to our hot dog cart models. Some must be ordered before shipment from our factory. Others may be added later by the hot dog cart operator. Please feel free to ask us about any of these options and accessories. Don't see something that you need? Please ask. We have likely already made it or can do it. We have become the largest builder of hot dog carts in the United States because it's more than our business, it's our obsession.

Chip Clip Display Rack

This enables the cart operator to display and sell bags of potato chips, nachos, pretzels, etc., without taking up valuable surface area. This will add to a carts food menu and profit.

6" Tongs

Price: $4

A necessary item for handling hot foods and meeting food safety regulations. These enable the cart operator to handle food without direct hands-on contact. Made from stainless steel.

Condiment Squeeze Bottles Price: $2

Ideal for dispensing mustard, ketchup and relish. Easy to fill

and clean. 12 oz. capacity.

Napkin Dispenser

Price: $30

A need to have item for customers. This unit holds napkins in a spring loaded metal box so they will not blow away.

a stainless steel body with 6 individual plastic compartments to hold various condiments. The clear plastic lid is hinged for food safety and convenience. Easy to clean

to a mobile food stand. Meat can be stored at the right temperature without the operator worrying. On board 12

volt rechargeable batteries supply the needed power and keep the cart free from the need for an external power source. Eliminates the need for ice.

This unit adds convenience and safety to a mobile food stand.

Meat can be stored at the right temperature without the operator worrying. It requires an external

110 volt AC power supply,

therefore a cart would need to

be parked close to a power outlet

to use this option.

Double Propane Tanks

Price: $400

2 propane tank baskets for 20 lb tanks enabling extended operation times or additional gas supply

when using additional gas appliances such as the barbeque

or fryer. This eliminates the worry

of running out of propane during

the work day.

Fire Extinguisher Mounted

Price: $100

An excellent option for maximizing safety. Recommended when

using the fryer option. The unit comes with a sturdy wall mount.

Spare Tire and Rim

A "just in case" option that gives

the operator insurance and peace of mind. A complete tire assembly ready to install in case of a flat.

This will ensure you never miss a day because of a puncture.

Stainless Steel Sink Divider

Some local health departments require a metal dividing panel between sinks for hygiene

purposes.

Extra Umbrella

Price: $125

Rugged 6-1/2 foot high wind umbrella. Health codes require that the food storage and preparation

area be covered overhead to prevent contamination from bird droppings, leaf litter and other blowing debris. This is an option

on the starter cart. A second umbrella is an option on the larger carts for additional coverage.
